Flight Instructor Multi-engine

  • 25 hours of dual flight (PA44)
  • 20 hours pre/post flight briefings

This course is designed to enable the student to obtain an additional rating on the flight instructor certificate that allows instruction in a Multi-engine airplane.  FAA approved.

 

Multi-engine Instructor

The student will review the concepts and principles of multi-engine operations, systems, engine-out operations and the aerodynamics of multi-engine flight. The student will also obtain the instructional knowledge required to teach these subjects including the recognition, analysis, and correction of common student errors.

  • Operations with engine inoperative
  • Loss of directional control
    demonstrations
  • Use of best engine-out airspeeds
