Annual Proficiency Training (APT)
Annual Proficiency Training should be completed twelve months after completion of the initial transition training. The Annual Proficiency Training event is a full day that allows time to complete a flight review or an instrument proficiency check (IPC). The first half of the day is designated for flight training, which is flexible to meet the needs of the Cirrus pilot. The second half of the day consists of the evaluation to complete the flight review or IPC. A Cirrus specific FTD or aircraft may be used to complete portions of this training event.
